Winter's turn her skin dry
Just like her eyes
With lack of water
And offers a free canvas to paint on with some dry twigs
It let's her crave for the rays of sun
Just like she've craved for warmth all this time
Alike winter, she's cold, beautiful, extreme
Residing in the mountains
tall and high wall like mountains
In the early morning of winter,
You can find drops of her foggy imagination scattered everywhere
Melting away with the mellow beam of Sun
And the nightsky of winter
isĀ a perfect reflection of her hopes and dreams
Plentyful little lights in the dark sky, clear and bright, just like her wild soul
And then you wonder why winter is her favourite
Why wouldn't it be, when it is so similar to her and relfect her so clearly
Like two identical souls separated by a thin film of ice on a frozen lake
So clearly like the icicles holding on to a rock
Just like a wild heart hold on to it's dear soulful dreams...

as the night falls,
slowly I fall for the night
with admiration, I look into it's darkness
like one looks at its lover's eyes
and we have endless conversations
silent and deep
like the night itself
it brings along moon and stars as a gift for me
a symbol of beauty
and when I'm alone,
it holds me, holds me tight
untill sleep comes and takes me away

Maybe it was love
But it "was"
It no longer "is"
He was never her's
She's no longer his...

There will come a day
A day, full of obstacles you may say
You might be afraid and left in doubt, but listen
"Be afraid, yet do it anyway"

The memories slip through my hand
Like the grains of sand
And I try to capture them with words and pen
So they won't fly away to far end
Like leaves departing with gush of wind
The happy moments that made me glad to be alive
The sad embarrassing moments that taught a lot about life
But more than the moments and memories, I'm scared to lose
The people I once loved, I once chose
Who dwell only in my memories now
I'm scared to lose that last bit of them somehow
A part that's latent somewhere in the memories desert
With a glint of joy, and a bit of hurt
The memories, I can't hold on, nor condemn
Cause I know I won't be able to create new ones in the same places with them...

I've seen her eyes as drenched as the summer rain
and her laughter as loud as a thunder
I've seen her dream as high as the stars
And her thoughts as deep as the ocean
I've seen her as mellow as the evening sun
And as wild as the blowing wind
I've seen her as calm as a winter morning
And as rough as a mountain trail
I've seen little moments of her story
And I am captivated by each part of her paradox soul...

Little Things

The little one held my hand, pulled me
And the little feet led me
To a bunch of little wild flowers yellow in colour
Growing around a little rock
Then the little hands pointed in their direction
And I watched those little eyes filled with awe again
On the sight of little dew drops lying lazily on the little petals
And little did I knew in that moment that
At times,
It's the little things that bring along
Little bunch of happiness...

Trees make me believe in goodness, how you can always make the world a better place just by your mere presence...
