I have started a new practice. I stand in front of the mirror. I fold my hands and bow down to the Champion!

I went vegetarian in January 2020 when that pregnant elephant case happened. So I saw a whatsapp status that said "you are a hypocrite if you feel bad for the elephant but you eat meat because all animals suffer equally". So, I realized how big of a hypocrite I am and went vegetarian overnight.
And then I came to know about the animal testing and wool industry in March 2020 so I stopped buying woollen clothes and cosmetics that were tested on animals.
And then I came to know about the horrors of dairy industry in July 2020 and I was shocked after seeing what I was contributing to and I talked with my family about it and told them that I want to leave dairy products but they weren't ready to listen to me, they said that it is harmful for health and going vegan is stupidity. But I didn't stop trying and then I finally convinced them that veganism is not bad for health and I can be healthy on a plant based diet and finally I went vegan on 22nd January 2021. And I still feel guilty that I knowingly paid for animals to be abused for 6 months. I wanted to go vegan overnight but because of my family I wasn't able to.-
Sirf hungama khada karna mera maqsad nahin, Meri koshish hai ki ye surat badalni chahiye, Mere seene mein nahin to tere seene mein sahi, Ho kahin bhi aag, lekin aag jalni chahiye!

No. No. No. Saying 'beheading Animals or forcefully making Animals pregnant is evil' is not extreme. Beheading Animals & forcefully making Animals pregnant for the sole reason of exploiting them is extreme. Vegans are not the villains here. You can kill the messengers but you can't hide the truth!

Convincing one person to go vegan will amount to saving of 1000 animals!
-
I avoid sharing table with meat eaters out of respect for the animals who were murdered mercilessly, unnecessarily!
-
I have seen lot of weak people in life but none weaker than those who can't Go Vegan!

These people will claim that they are killing the Animals to please God and there's no ulterior motive. However, if that were true then why do these people kill or pay to kill Animals almost every other day? Their lust for meat is so colossal that these people will readily flout the Islamic rules that condemns animal cruelty while raising the Animals as well as slaughtering them. And they will eat Animals so religiously making people wonder whether it is a religious duty. Furthermore, these people don't even know how meat industry impacts the environment and also human health. We are doomed.

If slavery is permitted in Islam yet we Muslims look down upon it and don't participate in it because we have progressed morally, why can't we apply the same moral progression to eating animals?

Majority of the Muslims don't know that Animal Sacrifice is not mandatory. Daily Prayers (Salah) is mandatory, still many don't pray. Yearly fasting in Ramadan is mandatory, yet many avoid doing it. When asked why they are not performing their religious duties, they say Allah is merciful and forgiving, He will forgive. But when it comes to Animal Sacrifice, these very people are hell-bent on doing it, an act that can be avoided, and must be avoided!
