दोस्त थे वो हमारे
जान छिडकते थे हम पर
हर खुशी हर गम साथ हम बांटते थे
साथ जन्म भर रहने की हम कसमें खाते थे
किसी के बहकावे में ना आने वाली दोस्ती थी
फिर भी किसी की तो तिली ने आग लगाई
दुहाई देते थे हमारी दोस्ती की
आज वही हंस कर जाते हैं
कसमें खाते थे इक दूजे की
आज सामने आकर मुंह फेरते हैं
किसकी गलत कथनी से
जान छिड़कने वाले भी अनजान बन गए
दोस्त थे वो हमारे
जान छिडकते थे हम पर
न जाने किसने नजर लगाई है

बोरियत से निपटना
आज की भागदौड़ में बोरियत का जमाना कहां
इतना वक्त ही कहां की बोर होकर भी देख ले
अगर कभी ऐसा लगे की बोर हो रहे हैं
तो समझ लेना वह वक्त सिर्फ आपका आपके लिए है
कुछ पल वह जी कर देखना
कभी खुद के लिए कुछ वक्त बिताने का सोचा होगा
बोरियत लगे तो खुद के लिए वक्त बिता कर देखना
कॉफी का कप लेकर कुछ देर बाहर अकेले बैठना
आते जाते सबको देखना
कुछ नए सपने भी देखना
उन सब से बात करना
जिनसे बहुत जमाने से बात नहीं की
कुछ पुरानी यादें याद करना कुछ नयी यादें बनाना
कुछ देर टीवी देख लेना
कुछ देर कोई किताब पढ़ लेना
कुछ देर कोई ऐसा शौक पूरा करना
जिसको बहुत वक्त से दबा रखा हो
पर बोरियत के वक्त अपने लिए वक्त जरूर बिताना
कुछ पल खुद के लिए जीना
