Nobody was wrong yet everybody was wronged.

और कुछ मंजिलें, जहां से तुम्हारी हदें तुम तय करोगी, तुम्हारा लड़की होना नहीं।

I do not know what kind of a mother I would be,
I do not know if I will kill her dreams for the sake of society, or let her fly in the sky she chooses to spread her wings in.
I do not know if I will ask her to succumb to the traditions, or let her mould the ropes into a bow.
I do not know if her ambitions will be threatening,
or a ray of hope that will nullify darkness for her life.
I do not know if she will be allowed to dance on her own rhythm,or simply listen to the tunes I choose for her.
I do not know if I will be a good mother,
if she will know the difference between right and wrong,
moral and immoral, all the time,
but I know, for sure, I will never be the reason
why she questions the divinity of her feminine existence.

ज़रूरी है ख़ुद में खोना।
ख़ुद का होना।

कितना कुछ था कहने को,
पर सन्नाटे के आगे कोई
आवाज़ ही नहीं पहुँची।

मोहब्बत इतनी की कचड़े में फेका गया ख़त सहेज कर रख ले और नफ़रत ऐसी की अपने आंसु तक देखने का मौका तुम्हे ना दे।

चलो, क्योंकि किसी दिन बस चल पाना काफ़ी होगा।

The world asks for a lot of you.
Do keep those who look only for you close.

Your heart will break.
So many times that you will stop counting.
And no, when I say that I do not mean it will break in love.
It will break every time you put your faith in someone who does not deserve that and in something that was not worth chasing.
Cry, when that happens and
arise. Stronger. Brighter.
