With people all around homeward bound
Its that time of happiness and cheer
Of golden stars and candy canes
Its that time of the year
Of jingle bells and Christmas carols
Its that time of bonding with the dear
Over puddings and good gifts
Its that time of the year
When you find solace and cheerful smiles
Its that time of the year
To be bewitched by the beauty of the season
It finally that time of the year
To rejoice over the birth of the Saviour !

To think I have imprisoned myself behind these very bars made of my own insecurities, high expectations and self deprecation !

We are in those times now…
When you put out your feeling to strangers on the net than friends
When you rather stay silent than let out those feelings storming inside you
When you believe that no one appreciates you even though you put yourself out for them
When you hang out with people with fake smile plastered on the face than laugh truly
When you try to help people solve things between each other but end up the ‘bad person’
When you love so truly with all your heart but to only end up seeing them happy from the sides
We are in those times now ..
When you are all alone in a world of millions !!

In this world of many
Where you find yourself
Surrounded on all sides
Where you are exhausted
At every turn of life
Yet its ones own embrace
That calms down their confused soul !

I totally understand why they call some one you like as a 'CRUSH', coz it crushes your heart everytime you look at them , but can't have them ..!

Invisible
You sit in the middle of everyone,
Yet you still feel alone
Trying to make a conversation,
Only for your words to be drowned.

Try so hard ,
To fit into the crowd
Hoping to be seen and heard
Yet you still disappear .

Be yourself and stand apart
Then sure you'll be visible .
Why be one of a million strokes ,
When you can be the canvas !

It's times like this ..that make me ponder ..
Of our lives ahead ..
do we step together forward
Or move apart..
as if we are some random

Even though I know ,that
We are gonna stay together ,
I still question ,
If this will be forever 'cause
Changes are part of life .

We are each others smiles ..
Just like we are our tears ..
Perfectly balanced as it seems.
Life may not be forever for us ,
But it sure is happy together .

Sometimes its damn hard ..to be stuck in the same loop that goes around and round ..with neither an exit nor an end ..its exhausting ...but still intriguing in its own way .

But looking at yourself broken down deep within, there's no self healing .
