खुद पर थोड़ा ऐतबार कर :

प्यार कर इज़हार कर,
खुद को यूँ ना बेज़ार कर,
तू खुद पर थोड़ा ऐतबार कर,
बंजर राहों को अब गुलज़ार कर।

खुलकर जीने के सिलसिले बना,
नए मुसाफिरों संग काफ़िले बना।
जा चुके जो उनका ना इंतज़ार कर,
तु खुद पर थोड़ा ऐतबार कर,
बंजर राहों को फिर से गुलज़ार कर।

आज भी याद आते हैं वो,
इसमे शक़ नहीं।
उनका असर तो है मुझपर,
मगर हक़ नहीं!!!

"Hypocritical society" :

They were left perplexed even with the
Taste of what I was served in Meals,
Battling with their judgements and my
disrespect were my everyday deals.
It's pathetic that they don't give a damn,
Until they get a tint of 'How it Feels'!!!

Whenever those fragile eyelids
couldn't bear the billow,
Her tears would always end up
resting upon the pillow!!

He was charming, sorted and so jolly,
as if practising his own monopoly.
His smile so empowering that it could
Cross-fade all my tints of melancholy.

He had bumped into me in college,
was in hurry, but didn't acknowledge.
Instead started throwing some jokes,
probably this was his only privilege.

Being late, I rushed for the lecture.
I looked scared, so did my gesture.
To my surprise, the professor let me in,
& continued teaching architecture.

Quickly I grabbed an unoccupied seat,
and rested my increased heartbeat.
But Damn! Besides me was him, who
collided with me in the campus street!!!

इश्क़ है अगर तो सामने से इज़हार कीजिए ।
कमबख्त ज़माना इसे खता समझे तो समझे,
आप ये खता बेझिझक बार बार कीजिए!!!
