एक रास्ता होना चाहती हूँ ;
कहीं दूर किसी जंगल में
ठहरा कोई दरिया होना चाहती हूँ...

एक ज़िंदगी होना चाहती हूँ,
बिना रिश्तों और रिवाज़ों की ;
दूर आसमान से गिरते
किसी झरने में खोना चाहती हूँ...!!❤️

अग्नि सी जलती रहती हूँ ,
दर्द बन पलती रहती हूँ
सीप का मोती बनूँ बस ,
अश्रु बन ढलती रहती हूँ
तुम और तुम्हारा साया था,
साये से मन बहलाया था
अनगिन स्वप्न सजाएँ लेकिन
ख़ुद ही उन्हें जलाया था !
पथ का साथी बन सारा जीवन
साथ निभाना था
आकर के मन आँगन में
जीवन बगिया को महकाना था ;
जब-जब फ़ूल खिले आँगन में,
जब-जब रंग भरे सावन ने
रूप तुम्हारा दोहा बनकर
उतर गया तब गहरे मन में ।
हमारे प्रेम की लयबद्ध पंक्तियों से
अलंकृत कविता बनना चाहती थी मैं ;
पर कविता की शक़्ल बदल सी गई है अब,
शब्द राख से हैं, संग-ए-मरमर नहीं!
वो भावपूर्ण नहीं, वो सुसज्जित नहीं
वो वीभत्स है , भयभीत नहीं...
मेरे भाव अब ओढ़ा नहीं करतें दुशाला,
अश्वथामा से हैं, इन्हें अर्जुन से भय नहीं !
कविताएँ अब मेरी दोस्त नहीं,
मेरा हृदय अब कविताओं का गर्भगृह नहीं...
इनका बहाव अब कोई बहर नहीं ;
ज़िंदगी लंबी शाम है कोई,
उस पार कोई सहर नहीं...!!

The one you were born with
Want to get rid of
But wouldn’t be the same without...!!
Love is the river
It may look calm and still...
But the truth is it never really stops,
And you can never step in
the same river twice!!✨
Love is what makes me write this poem….
It's what makes you read it;
It’s the gravity that holds you down,
And the air that can raise you up;
It’s the force that moves you,
And the wall that makes you stop...!!❣️

Standing amidst earthquakes,

Not the rocks,
Not the fervent shake,
But such inside...
Standing amidst this life,
I am simply a viewer.
Not the praised,
Not the powerful voice,
But such inside!!
Standing amidst myself,
I still prevail.
Not the weak,
Not the failing girl,

You are one of the most sensible, logical & cheerful persons that I've come across. Infact you were the first person on this platform to whom I connected emotionally at a deeper level. There was always a resonance somewhere the way you expressed yourself & a synchronization in your thought process... And you know what, I admire you the most because of your inner drive to do something for the unprivileged & weaker sections of the society. A person having bunch of dreams, wants to bring change in the set established norms of the society, believes in the power of education and PEN!✨✨

Before I became strong,
I knew what it was like to be weak,
How difficult it is to love yourself,
To find the wholeness that you seek....💕💕
Before I knew the light,
I have had my fair share of darkness, too,
Where my world fell into a hopelessness
And I didn't know how to get through...!!
For I have known the tears it takes,
The courage to stand up again,
When you are broken down and bruised
And you know nothing but the pain !!
You forget to appreciate love,
If you haven't seen the hate,
Till you forget the meaning of smile & laughter,
And your heart is left abate.
I have known the strength & courage
It requires to get it right,
To face the things that hold you down
And hold your head up and fight !!...
I've always viewed life from the side lines,
Just watching it passing me by.
In the past, too afraid to just let go and live,
And lately too tired to try.
I've envied the people around me
So invested in living each day,
While I spent my time hiding out from the world
And searching for ways to escape !
For most of my life I truly believed
I was here to help somebody else,
But now it's so clear it was just an excuse.
To avoid living life for myself !!...

कौन है मेरा, यहाँ कौन तुम्हारा?
जिसने लगाया वही दाँव हारा !!...
मैं क्या हूँ? तुम क्या हो? वे कौन हैं?
झूठ की मंडी में सब मौन हैं ;
संबंधों का एक झूठा है नारा,
सपनों की बस्ती में मन बंजारा ।।✨
