This year taught me a lot , i learned to appreciate things i have instead of craving for extra stuff which will take some time, it's good to sacrifice but always sacrifice things which have certain negativity.

Take time and appreciate yourself sometimes, self motivation is best remedy for low confidence when you feel broken in anyway, it boosts your inner strength and channelises your energy in right direction.
