Rich people say do experiment and don't fear from failures. Successful people say take risks and learn from failures. Okay. How could a person take risk and do experiment with life? Because life is not a day and it could not be risked upon one's motivational speech. The experiment that will determine one's livelihood one cannot take risks again and again failure after failure. I think one should not because who has achieved so called success one has. Those who are in race should not take risks. The system must be managed the way where everybody got dignified employment with decent pay.

Are people naturally hypocrite or not? I think people are not rather they have made themselves over a long span. Some hypocrisies seem natural, I think to some extent hypocrisies are good, but whoever crosses the extent of hypocrisies would not be considered good. A friend of mine told wearing simple clothes also a very basic form of hypocrisy. Then I replied affirmatively and added that such hypocrisies did not harm and futile. The harmful hypocrisies are like India talks about Formula One Race track while numerous people live in abject poverty and illiteracy. Whereas we need to show that we posses the amenities. The amenities should not be compromised or traded off.

The teachings people and community teach us are quite dialectical because we are being taught both sides of coin and both are right as well as wrong. As you can see an example from Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary,
"We must not become complacent about progress." So where we have to become complacent I don't know. The example seems true in the sense of rule of nature of ever-changing existence. On the other side, it seems quite problematic that people - thinkers - usually say one should be satisfied with what he/she has achieved and progressed. Conflictual state of teachings. Can't laugh and can't weep.

The way people talk and converse really influence one another. The impact of every dialogue can be seen upon the audience. If people talk positively they will think and act positively and enthusiastically. But if people converse negatively the consequences of that talk are really harmful. People start to loss hope and direction in their quotidian purposes. I realised people must not converse negatively because it's impact I think remains for longer time and that impact devastate the psyche of the audience.

उस लड़के पे दिल आया
जिस ने मुझे सताया है
उस लडकी पे दिल आया
जिस ने मुझे सताया है.

As you can see how human beings are the most controversial and irrational beings. However, they are the most rational as well. The combination of rationality and irrationality makes us complete being. I used to think that we should always rational, but mere rationality will not exist. Some critical and crucial aspects demand rationality and logicality. However, few personal fantasies that are not crucial might be irrational.

Everyone and everything has its own importance. The balance among everything is the key to happiness and prosperity.
Every belief and faith must be respected and honored. In the times of crisis, beliefs are one of the strenghts of humans. Diseases or illnesses are cured not only with medicines but also with the beliefs and faiths in wellness and well-being. We should understand the importance of everything.

Rightly said,

"To say that human nature cannot be changed is false - a Tibetan can share his wife with others; the English cannot... All this happens because of economic problems. These problems override human nature even in countries like Russia. In fact human nature changes with the change in the pattern of education and way of life. Man's belief is also guided by the government."
- Bertrand Russell

However, after knowing the fact or reality, we cannot repudiate our notions regarding human nature.

Judgement - a powerful word
And should be used carefully.
We, humans are judgmental
And do not delay in making
Judgments.
It is not bad being judgmental
One can make judgments but
one should take care of several
facets.
Without knowing the substance
is like judging a book by its cover.
In my opinion we should herald
judgments after inquiring minute
details of something or someone.

Nature has not made us equally, in contrast the concept of equality is created and inferred by humans. The saying, God or Nature made us equally i.e. two hands, two legs, two eyes and so on, seems false to me because actually we are unequal in physique as well as in psyche. To fill the hiatus, it is our liability to know and implement the ideas of social thinkers who advocated the equality, liberty and justice for all.

"Money speaks. The examples and ideas of the wealthy are considered as "world class".
Quoted lines to great extent seem true because every billionaire is interviewed and asked to express your opinion about success. I think, in this era, maximum people know the definition of success is individual and not confined to money.
