Misunderstandings should be cleared one-to-one basis as if you have some misunderstanding with me should come directly to me and we will sort it out for sure coz it has to be corrected by both of us through communication. Things must be communicated directly if given to a third party attention will gain participants, dictators and mute spectators, nothing will change and instead will create more rift and increase the already created chaos. It is essential to clear misunderstanding with the person involved directly to avoid bitterness
Many a times relationship have a natural death by keeping grudges to themselves.
And I strongly believe in making relationships better by communicating things. Quality communication depends on how you perceive things.
