23rd July
Now as I look in the mirror,
I see someone,
Whose soul is battered and bruised,
I see someone, who's tired,
I see someone, I can't recognize..
Tonight, I wish to sleep a sleep,
That knows no dawn..-
22nd July
I stood on the terrace,
And looked down,
The trees and grasses on the earth,
Urged me, to lose myself,
In their lush green foliage,
The 5-storey height,
Strangely, seemed lulling..-
21st July
I stood at the shore,
Those waves,
Colliding with each other,
And turning into whirlpools,
Seemed so much appealing..-
20th July
I stopped,
And stood near the edge of the bridge,
The river,
Whose depth was unperceivable,
Seemed to call me,
With open arms..-
The truth is brutal,
Lies are kind,
Kindness is just pity in disguise,
And being pitied,
Is what she hated the most..
Coz she, is a warrior,
Who needed someone,
Who'll accept her,
For who she was,
Who'll love her,
Someone, who'll feel
Like home, to her...-
Memories are like calendars,
We flip back the pages,
Trying to go back,
Hoping to take back the control,
Hoping something will change..
Turns out, we can't go back,
We can just look back,
And without even realizing,
We always move on..-
When I gaze at the Moon
In the night sky,
The waning Moon mocks me,
Much like a budding Cereus does,
To the Fallen petal swaying in the wind..
"Give up", "Don't give up" :
The Petals I pick are never ending..
Lying here, trapped in this Flesh Prison,
I've reached a brutal conclusion,
I'm a Fighter...-
Was walking down the lane,
That held memories from far far back,
Back when we used to hold hands..
Remember ?
If our Eyes ever meet again,
Don't look away,
Look into my eyes,
See through this pretence,
These Feelings I've locked away..
You'll find the grave of a Lover,
Dilapidated and Forsaken,
Of someone, who lost to Fate...-
She dances, even harder,
to cheer him up, to captivate him,
As if she feels him fading away
from the stage,
And he plays the piano,
with tears in his eyes,
Clenching his chest,
knowing this will be his last time with her..
He lets out a smile,
A sad, but oddly content smile,
As he feels himself drifting away,
Into The Last Note On The Piano...-
Her eyes, of a Hazel shade,
Gleam, projecting the immense pleasure
in her heart,
While she dances,
Her body swaying,
to the rhythm of his piano,
She glances at him, as if she dedicates
her dance and herself to him,
And sees him throw a gentle,
loving smile at her,
She feels content, yet uncomfortable..
And he still smiles at her,
knowing this will be his last time
playing the piano for her,-
