वीर नारी हूं मैं,
डट कर मुकाबला करती हूं।

सुबह के ओस की तरह
कुचले जाने से डरती नहीं,
बस अपने कर्म-पथ पर
चलते जाने का जुनून पालती हूं।

परिस्थितियों को अपने वश में
करने का मूलमंत्र बस जानती हूं!

कोमल भी हूं, दृढ़ भी हूं।

वीर नारी हूं मैं,
डट कर मुकाबला करती हूं।

तुझसे गुफ्तगू में वक्त का
तकाजा भी भूलते जा रहे हैं लोग!
तेरी नज़रों से नज़रें फेरु या
नज़रें चुराऊ,
खिदमत तो कल भी थी,
और आज भी है!

सुकून-ए-पल तो बस वही है,
बस वही है!

May be it's the way, you smile,
letting me forget all the cacophonies around!

May be, it's the way you look
when you want a kiss!

May be, it's your hum
beside my ears!

Or may be it's our cuddles
all beside the river stream!

My love, whatever may be
the stimulus,
But all I want is to
behold our dreams together,
today and forever!

There was a girl
with the name unknown,

Wandering into the wild
Befriending the wilderness around,

Enjoying the sunshine
and fighting the extremes around,

Until the last time,
all the speech around
made her question abound!

यूं बेवक्त, बिना वजह,
शुक्रिया न अदा किजिए,

बस हम-रुह होने तक
का सफर तो अदा किजिए,

दिली मुस्कुराहटों का एक
मंजर तो अदा किजिए,

बस इक बार अपनी 'अदा'
तो हम पर अदा किजिए।

झिलमिल आँगन,
निखरती मुस्कान!

हाय रे मेरी जा़न!

कभी तो अपनी नजरों
को मेरे चेहरे से दूर रखा करो जी,

हम आपको भी निहार
लिया करेंगे!

थोड़ी शर्म जो आती है,
समझा करो जी!

गोल कटोरे से
झाँकता दुधिया चाँद,
मुहब्बतों को सँवारता
वो नटखट चाँद।

the winter sun spreading warmth on faces around!
