غم کے پکے بت سارے میں کـب کا تــوڑ چکـا ہوں

تـہا مسـرور کہ تکلیـفــیں، اذیـتیـں پریـشــانیاں۔۔۔
کئـی عرصـہ پـہلـے میں پیـچـھے چـہـوڑ چکـا ہوں

فصل کے بعد فصل سے بھری ہے زندگی کی کتاب
غلطـی سے میں اُداسـیوں کا بـاب کھول چکـا ہوں

کل روز ہی تو فـصل گـل ہوئی تہی رخصت، رشید
مـارا میں اک بــار اور خــزاں مـیں لـوٹ چکـا ہوں

LIVING BODY

Living body, when alive, is a mad.

Lives like he would never be dead.

Laughs too little, while always sad.

Life of his is few moments of shade.

Tries to win when force lands to raid.

Loss is certain as it's always been said.

Neither thoughts nor world becomes a cage,
Fearless be she when danger comes,
Doubtless enough to write her fate.

مڪمـل رات ھـي منهنجي اڄ ڪشمـڪـش ۾ گذري ٿئي
رھـيو نہ ياد ڪجـھ ٻيو آ، تنـھنجي ئي يـاد ۾ گذري ٿئي

ڇُـھـا جـڏهـن چـَپَ تنھنجا حـَرڪتـي زلـف تنهنجي ھِـن
رات سموري ان زلفـُن جي ڇانـَو جي چاھَـ ۾ گذري ٿئي

اکيون عـُمده، سهڻا ھَٿَ ۽ ٿئي ٻيو چيلھ وري سنھڙي
رات منـهنجي تنـهنـجي حسـنَ جي سَـحر ۾ گـذري ٿئي

گـلابــي چـپَ تنـھـنجا مِٺــَي شربت جـيان نـظـريا جـو
مـڪــمـل رات ھي مـنھنجي شديـد انــڃ ۾ گذري ٿئي

لـمـحا تنهـنجي قربـت جا ڪــڏهـن ڪـيــن وسـريـا ھـن
خــوشـبوءِ تـنهـنجي مٺا مھـڪنــدي مــون ۾ اڃ بـہ ٿئي
