गुज़रती रात से पूछो चाँद कितना परेशान है
सुबह के उजाले कहाँ समझ पाएँगे गहरे अँधेरो की ज़बान

कितने आँसू मेरी मुस्कुराहटों में कैद हैं
ये मिलने जुल्नेवाले वाले क्या बता पाएँगे मेरी अश्कों की दास्तान

लिखती हूं तो कह देती हूं दिल की बात मैं
दुनिया वाले क्या जान पाएंगे मेरी खामोशी के पीछे छुपा तूफ़ान

कई लोग मेरा हाल पूछने वाले हैं यहाँ
हाल समझने वाला कोई नहीं
मुस्कुराहटों के तो दोस्त हैं कई
अश्कों का साथी कोई नहीं
यही दुनिया है यही दुनिया की रीत है
कहने को सब साथ हैं पर हकीकत में तुम अकेले ही हो
तुम्हारा साया तक तुम्हारे साथ नहीं

Then I would read you
But lingeringly oh so slowly
Savouring every word
Nuancing every emotion
From the beginning till the end
Smiling with you, crying with you
And knowing this by heart
That you will be the only book
On my shelf, In my library
My prized possession
Today, let this be my confession ❤️

Na not flowers …the fragrance will vanish one day instead write verses for me so that I can read them whenever I want,for how long I want, as many times I want … Darling don’t bring me flowers, bring me your Poetry ❤️

It’s a new morning
It’s a pristine day
I want to dream again …..
Birds are singing
The melody is soothing
I want to hope again …..
Had died yesterday a little
But woke up with a survival sunbeam
I want to live again …….

We breathe
Distance can’t separate us ❤️

जिंदगी ने हमें मासूम होने का कुछ ऐसा सिला दिया

It’s so strange
Day with all its bright lights
And voices
And chirping
Gives u hope but no peace
And night with all its darkness
And silence
And desolation
Gives u so much ease and tranquility
Night with my flowing tears has always been more mine
Than the day full of my tiring smiles
