کہنے کو تو فلک تک پہنچ گیا ہے
مگر دل ہے خالی اور ویران ہوگیا ہے

دیکھتے دیکھتے گلُ رنگ بدل رہے ہیں
بہار کے رنگ بھی اجڑ رہے ہیں

پھیکی پھیکی سی ہیں خوشیاں
شاید رب ناراض ہوگیا ہے

چھوڑا نہیں ہے پھر بھی تنہا اُس نے
کہ سانسیں اب بھی یوں ہی رواں ہیں۔

لوٹ آنے کا اب بھی وقت ہے
کہ خون رگوں میں اب بھی رواں ہے۔

We just keep thinking till the miles about miseries, hurdles and the problems that may happen. Our thoughts are all occupied by the situations that can occur.
But hold on!
They all exist in our thoughts, in our minds.
They all just make our head a chaotic place.
There's nothing to be worried about, and to be tensed about.
Our focus should be on our goals, our priorities and our hereafter life. Our thoughts should be less anxious and more blissful. It should be more about gratitude and blessings that are already in our life.
As what you say and how you look depicts your mindset.
So yes, you heard it right!
Focus on all that matters to your heart & soul.
