When I write you in my life,
I actually scribble the good old times,
The cheers with the dangling glasses of wine,
No, I donot write curses at the end of each line,
The scars were deep but they healed with time,
Yes, I Actually cherish them with a smile,
What you broke was only mine,
But what it did, is made me shine....

Coins have two sides you see,
We only tend to notice one in glee,
The other side is important too,
Utopian are it's lessons i mean...
It smashes you down externally and yet makes you rise internally,
Time smiles at the repentance, yet hides the other side for sake of your competence!

Baarish kabhi kaabar thahar si jaati hai,
Waqt ko rok ke,
Guzre dino ki yaad dilaati hai,
Jo hawayein baarish ki kabhi mausikee karati thi,
Aj gam ke taar chhed jaati hai!

Itne ehsaas kalam bandh kiye the tere liye,
Sach kahoon toh gintee hi bhul gaya hoon...
Tune parhe honge kuch unme se,
Bas yehi soch ke muskuraata hoon..
Phir ek roz;
Tere nazron ke rubaru huye, toh khabar hui,
Tere nazron ko toh mere likhaavat ka ilm hi nahi!

Tere shakhsiyat ka khichaav itna khubsoorat hai,
Ruha ko apne, murke dekhne se rok hi nahi paata,
Jaha jaane ki paabandee hai,
Tere ek deedar ke khaatir, me vahee hu chala jaata...

Aj rango ki bauchhaar hai,
Har galee rangeen aur dewar rango se taar taar hai,
Jo parat udaasee ki, guzre waqt ne lagai..
Aj unake marammat ki arzi aayee hai...

Samjhota samaye ka, haal e Dil agar samajhta,
Pyaas khwahishon ka, shayad paani na talashta!
