A smile that hides the pain,
A heart that beats with secret stain.
A friendly familiar face that conceals the lie,
A dangerous hidden enemy, with a poisonous sigh.
Beware of those friends and relatives with masked design,
Who wears a cloak of kindness, but a heart of stone.
Their goodness only shines when facing you,
But behind your back, many daggers wait in queue.
You see a family but they see a rival, reflecting envy's fire,
Their heart, a battleground, where love's a tired desire.
For in their eyes, a secret hatred gleams,
And their sweet words, deadly poisonous.

You'll never get to see different angles in life when you only focus on one lens. So always look at the bigger picture, for there, you'll find out how blessed you already are to have everything that you have right now. Just be optimistic and grateful. There will be great things to come..🖤

"Sri Rama - A Beacon Of Dharma"
He walked away from royal gold
To keep a promise calmly told
No anger, pride, or worldly claim
Just quiet strength, a steady flame
In forest shade and the battle loud
He stood for truth, with fierce and proud
No hatred in his heart he kept
Even for those who wrongly stepped
There is a lesson we must see
In how he lived with pride and dignity
He just faced what life would send
With faith and love, until the very end
Lord Sri Ram showed what life could be
A model of dharma, truth and purity
Every soul like him, with hearts sincere
Choose what is right, not what is near 🖤

Listen carefully to some people's jokes. You'll hear the hatred they hide for you. Listen to their so-called constructive criticism. You'll hear jealousy burning beneath it. Listen to their deceitful concern. You'll hear their fear and bitterness that you seem to be surpassing them. And in the sound of their laughter, listen closely. You'll hear deep resentment, spite, and anger. If you prioritize listening over talking, you’ll hear them all, disguised in jokes, false concern, loud laughter, and the mask of constructive criticism.

Emotional laziness is when someone avoids facing their feelings, pretending they don’t exist because they’re too difficult to deal with. Instead of acknowledging emotions and working through them, they push them aside, live in denial, and sometimes shift the blame onto others. Over time, this creates unresolved pain, weakens relationships, and makes it even harder to handle life’s challenges.

POSITIVE ANGER
There are two kinds of people. One gets angry at others for not giving them what they need, while the other gets angry at themselves for not doing enough to meet their own needs.
The first group carries an entitlement mentality, often achieving little in life and remaining dependent on others by force. The second group, however, focuses on discovering their potential and striving to achieve great things.
Anger can be a good thing if channelled properly to where it should go.-
