Sometimes I feel so full and yet empty at the same time.
Just like the ocean water, deep and intense in its entirety.
Yet alone and vulnerable for people to dive in.
Maybe people are like rivers
Flowing constantly and letting in emotions at the shore
Throwing unwanted things out when they have had enough
Maybe we need to calmly sit with them
And understand their depth
Just like we do when we sit at the ocean shore

As the autumn sunlight shines upon my face,
There is a faint smile i try to trace.
Maybe it was lost in all these years that have gone by,
But something tells me i'll find it, i gotto try.
Life is surreal, of that i am sure,
Despite whatever, it leaves you wanting more.
I have faith that i'll find it again,
My happiness that was lost in destiny's bargain.

Wo aankhe behtar bayaan kr gayi
Khamoshi k aalam mai sannate ki cheekh
Naadani shayad dunyadari mai mar gayi
Khush hone se wo darne lagi
Ro ro kar kuch yu bhikharne lagi
Lafz kam pad gaye bayaan krne ko kaifiyat
Ye kaisi aziyat hai k dil tukde tukde kar gayi

Bikhra sa toota sa banjar sa ye jahaan
Sehma sa rootha sa har insaan hai yahaan
Dard kayi lekar chal rahe hai hum jahaan
Andhero mai reh kar unhi mai dhal rahe hai hum yahaan
Maine ashko ko baha kar bhi dekh hai liya
Umeedo ka bhi ab shayad sookh chuka hai diya

And sometimes we forget how beautiful life can be.
How enchanting and mesmerising it can get.
With each season a different bloom.
I know it gets gloomy too,
Because eventually the leaves have to fall.
And just like that we need to learn,
The art of it all.
I've known sorrow and happiness together,
Living with pain and pleasure.
No it doesn't get easy, but trust me you'll survive.
And with each passing day of life, you'll be much more wise.

The ache in her heart has now become sore.
Leaving the scars galore.
The shivers in her bones are a constant story.
Gushing the blood out in its full glory.
She's a mess, that's what people say,
Knowing nothing about how she survives each day.
And at nights when she can barely breathe
Fighting her demons, using her scars as sheathe
She dies a little each time,
Engulfing the pain which has now become divine.

You know there are different versions of you in everyones heads.
Different mindsets that people create.
And then, there's that one version, the most vulnerable one,
The one you portray only in front of your most beloved people.
Where you keep open your wounds.
The pureness of your soul oozing out,
And you expect them to understand.
But sometimes they don't.
And that breaks you even more,
And so you shut yourself completely in darkness.
Becoming a lone wolf, for the society to judge you even more.

Sometimes it comes with strides of suffocation
The thoughts I mean
Like a breathless women running scared from an attacker
Or sometimes its like a blank canvas
Ready to be poured on with colours
And trust me each time it breaks you the same
At times it feels like thundering in the rain
And at times its like an eery silence in a dense forest
Each time you die a silent death
Leaving you to fight for your breath
Each time you survive it with mastery
Getting ready for your next misery
