आस कह रही श्वास से,धीरज धरना सीख। बिन माँगे मोती मिले, माँगे मील न भीख।।

यह मंत्र बृहदारण्यक उपनिषद के पांचवें अध्याय से है और ईशावास्योपनिषद का शांति पाठ है

ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात् पूर्णमुदच्यते।
पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते॥

ॐ शांतिः शांतिः शांतिः॥

अर्थ:

वह (अद:) परब्रह्म पुरुषोत्तम परमात्मा सभी प्रकार से पूर्ण है।

यह जगत भी पूर्ण है, क्योंकि यह पूर्ण उस पूर्ण पुरुषोत्तम से ही उत्पन्न हुआ है। इस प्रकार परब्रह्म की पूर्णता से जगत पूर्ण होने पर भी वह परब्रह्म परिपूर्ण है। उस पूर्ण में से पूर्ण को निकाल देने पर भी वह पूर्ण ही शेष रहता है।

ॐ त्रिविध ताप की शांति हो

Today again a page in the book of life has closed,
Its stories told, its lessons composed,
A new page is welcoming you,
Blank and pure, a canvas so true.

Let us start a new life again in this new chapter,
With hope as our guide, and courage as our rapture.
Write a new chapter again,
With dreams to chase, and joy to attain.

Just as the attraction of a flower is its fragrance, similarly the attraction of the body is its soul. Therefore, the person who has established his identity with the soul always remains with the truth or in other words he always remains with God.

What you are calling as life, right now, is like soap bubbles being blown. The entire Yogic process or the entire spiritual process is to wear this bubble thin, so that one day when it bursts, there is absolutely nothing left and it moves from the bondage of existence to the freedom of non-existence, or Nirvana.
