I had convinced my mind

Flashes of images, unheard voices
Suffocating sighs, all became alive
The time when we sowed
Seeds for our happy future
Yet couldn't enjoy its fruits
While you taught me origami
Using a new sheet for every item
I recalled what you said
Once used a paper gets wrinkles
Cannot be used again
& I felt brave enough this time
To leave you, like you did then.
