To be betrayed, heartbroken, and angry—and still not let violence become your voice—that’s the greatest form of courage and discipline.

Sometimes I wonder, how much betrayal and disrespect do we forgive, simply because our love for that person outweighs our own self-worth?

Ramadan's whisper echoes, a bittersweet ache.
A longing that grips me in this foreign place.
I'm a student, far from home's gentle side,
Where love and laughter once were my constant guide.

The mosques' calls, a familiar melody,
Stir memories of loved ones, of Ramadan's warmth and glee.
Mother's iftar, a spread of love and golden light,
Elder's taraweeh, a guiding presence through the dark of night.

In this new city, I search for a taste
Of the Ramadan magic that only home can create.
The smell of samosas, the sound of children's delight,
A sense of belonging that only family can ignite.

But even in solitude, I find a peaceful nest,
Where faith and memories entwine, a warm and familiar rest.
The Quran's words, a comforting whisper in my ear,
A reminder of the blessings that bring me cheer.

So I'll hold on to these emotions, and cherish this sacred time.
And though I'm far from home, I'll find my way to the joy that's mine.
The joy, the peace, and the love of Ramadan's blessed day
Will guide me through the darkness, and lead me on my way.

If I could give her just one gift, it would be the ability to see herself through my eyes. Only then would she realize how truly special she is to me. She lights up my life with her every smile and laugh. She's the best thing to ever happen to me, and she's more than words can ever express to me, today & any day.

"Before I Die"

Before I die, you must know this truth:
I always cry at midnight, lost in my youth,
Afraid of losing you, a shadow in the dark,
Each tear a whisper, each sigh a spark.

I always overthought, my mind a restless sea,
Stalking through your accounts, seeking what could be.
I hated myself for not being enough,
In the silence of my heart, I found the road so rough.

I tried my best to win your heart; it’s true.
With every gesture, every word, all for you.
I prayed in quiet moments, hoping you would see,
That love was wrapped in every thought of me.

So here’s my confession, as the night turns to day,
My heart has held your name in every single way.
Before I die, know this: my love was never small.
In every midnight tear, I gave you my all.

In recent years, India has witnessed a disturbing increase in hate speech by politicians. This trend poses significant challenges not only to political discourse but also to the social fabric of the nation. As leaders increasingly resort to inflammatory language, the implications for ordinary citizens are profound.

— % &• Understanding Hate Speech

Hate speech refers to communication that incites violence or prejudicial action against individuals or groups based on attributes such as religion, caste, or ethnicity. In a diverse country like India, where multiple communities coexist, such rhetoric can exacerbate tensions, leading to polarization and violence.

— % &• Political Landscape

Hate speech has become a tactic for some politicians seeking to consolidate their voter base by appealing to communal sentiments. This strategy, while politically expedient, undermines the principles of democracy and social harmony. Instances of derogatory remarks targeting specific communities have surged, creating an environment where intolerance flourishes.

— % &• Impact on Society

The rise of hate speech has dire consequences for the common public. It fosters fear and anxiety among marginalized communities, leading to social fragmentation. For instance, members of religious or ethnic minorities may feel increasingly vulnerable, undermining their sense of belonging and safety.

— % &Moreover, the normalization of hate speech can encourage acts of violence and discrimination, as individuals may feel emboldened to express prejudiced views openly. This not only affects interpersonal relationships but also erodes trust within communities, making it harder to achieve social cohesion.

— % &• The Role of Social Media

Social media has amplified the reach of hate speech, allowing harmful messages to spread rapidly. Politicians can now communicate directly with the public, bypassing traditional media filters. This immediacy can distort narratives and create echo chambers that reinforce prejudicial beliefs.— % &• Moving Forward

Addressing hate speech requires a concerted effort from politicians, civil society, and the public. Political leaders must prioritize respectful discourse and be held accountable for their words. Civil society organizations can promote dialogue and understanding among communities, fostering empathy and solidarity.

The common public plays a crucial role as well. By rejecting hate speech and advocating for inclusive dialogue, citizens can contribute to a more harmonious society.

— % &• Conclusion

The increasing hate speech by Indian politicians is not just a political issue; it profoundly affects the lives of ordinary citizens. As this rhetoric permeates public discourse, it is essential for all of us to stand against hate and work towards a future rooted in understanding and respect— % &
