Toxicity:

Toxicity does not always come with bad, sometimes it comes with being too good. Excessive selfishness is just as bad as excessive selflessness. Forgetting your value while giving value to others is toxic. Ignoring your good while doing good to others is also toxic. To hurt yourself and let others hurt you is toxic. Just as it is harmful to not be able to believe something at all, it is also harmful to blindly believe someone's words. Suffering from mental turmoil while giving peace of mind to others is toxic. Empathy without boundaries is toxic. Ignoring someone's toxicity in the name of love is toxic. Staying in denial even after realizing your state of mind is toxic. It is toxic to ignore the truth after realizing that it will feel bad.

Toxicity (part 2) :

It is toxic not to be praised even after giving everything. Despite knowing the fault of others blaming yourself and letting others blame you is toxic. Not taking care of yourself while taking care of others is toxic. Knowing that you have to let go of some people but not leaving them is toxic. Even though your feelings are not valued still staying there is toxic. It is toxic to think that you are not good enough even after giving everything you have. Demeaning yourself all the time is toxic. Giving too much power to your loving ones' to control you emotionally is toxic. One-sided compromises and adjustments are toxic.
Be humble, loving and caring but never forget yourself in the process, sometimes you gotta protect and save yourself. Self-love is very much needed because at the end of the day you will only have yourself.
