: Interest on due tax -
Delay in payment of self -assessment tax,TDS,,regular tax.Than tax rate I.e 0.75 % instead of 1% per month.(9% instead of 12% per Annum)

: Dividend distribution Tax -
From this financial year of 20-21, Tax payable on dividend declared by companies to shareholders & investors will now be taxable individual as per income slab and not by companies .

: Home loan for first time buyers - Under section 80EEA the The borrowers can now avail deduction Upto rs 1.5 lakh on home loan interest payment till 30th June 2020.
Prev dates - 1 April 2019 to 30th March 2020.
