is it true?
that you're not true to your soul anymore
that you lie to your reflection, before
masquerading as someone you wish to be
is it okay?
if you're not okay with the profound gospel
of people of reality and sanity, who
live in a simulation that fools them endlessly
is it your fault?
if others believe it's your fault when things fall apart
because defeat of their methods, isn't
what they want to hear for a lot is at stake
is it the end?
when you decide it's the end
for everything you couldn't be
for whatever you were told to be
dreams kneeling before expectations
is it your death
if you kill your will?

simulation of God who
himself is the simulation
of humanity emulated
through a brief history
of time.

I stood on the beach with my family, the water splashing my feet.
These vacations were the only glimpse of happiness in my lonesome life.

‘Simulation Ended’, flashed before my eyes as my family vanished and the dingy cell reappeared around me.
