Write a poem that has less than 25 words. Begin your poem with the word "Silence"

वो चुप रहकर बहुत कुछ कहा है
सचमुच...
वो चुप रहकर बहुत दर्द सहा है

-

खामोशियाँ बोलती नहीं कभी
मूक ही रहती हैं सदा
जैसे चट्टानें खड़ी हों
किसी तट के किनारे
निस्तेज सी, निस्प्राण सी....

और शोर दौड़ता हुआ चला आता है
समंदर की लहरों की तरह
अपने अंदर असंख्य सवालों को लिए
और टकरा जाता है उन चट्टानों से
पूछना चाह रहा हो जैसे कि क्यों तुम मौन हो इतनी ?
क्यों तुम कुछ भी नहीं बोलती ?

फिर भी कोई जवाब नही मिलता उसे
अन्ततः हार कर वह नि:शब्द होकर ही लौट जाता है
अपने साथ वही गहरी खामोशियाँ ओढ़े हुए ....
जैसे यही उसके हजारों सवालों का जवाब हो.......

"खामोशियाँ......"

when everyone sleeps,
silence sings.....
on night's wings,
silence die.....
with blue sky.

we long for

builds distance between hearts
Silence, beyond words,
turns you and I into us.
