when you put up a high wall?
A prison built to house yourself,
a self-made chain & ball?

A wounded bird who flew too far,
Icarus who sought the sun,
A driver in a totalled car,
A runner who cannot run.

What do you do
when you can't even cry?
I'm terrible at self-rescue,
but hey, at least I try.
