I ask you to light up the sky with your brightness so high..
Which is leading a path you will know is focusing on the main cast..
Yes, even you call me up ask for a chance..
Without any regret I try my best, fold my sleeves up, to attempt the rest..
I peek in your world highlight your term and carry the burn still blur it from everyone..
Yes I do, I help you find whatever you want maybe something better that sparkles your worth..
I try to be faster not looking away from the roller coaster...
Im not here to stop you but to flourish you,it's nothing great for me..
It's just you who will succeed and me who would be blessed...
Just to be focused on your brightness and fame...
Be it anything don't just drop away..
Let me know what troubles you, will find out a way...
It's nothing much to worry about just think about the future..

Everyone wants a job and applicant fulfill almost every aspect to get the job, he/she try to do their 100 percent but what they get in response?
Please stop asking 20-25 yr olds to have 10 year of field work experience for entry level jobs. Ask if they will work hard and care about your organization, instead.
I think you will get better results.

Hours and hours of research
To identify the right people
Followed by a truckload of calls
Every time a candidate says no
It is you, who loses-

The Quality Of A Great Resume Is,
That It Can Be Used To Close All Critical Positions.
And When You Find One Such,
For The Love Of Hiring, Don't Drop It
Till You've Tried For All Of Them.

Searching through portal after portal
Company after company
And speaking to candidate after candidate
And what I am left with
Is nothing
Absolutely nothing to show for my efforts-
"Hard work always pays off"
I've heard this many times
But I would beg to differ
Speaking as a recruiter
The nature of our work, is such
That you may bend your back for two days in a row
And ultimately end up getting nothing
However, it is also equally possible
That you may slack off
And end up achieving a closure-
