चांदनी खुद खुश होती है चांदनी रात के साथ
हम तो अपनी खुशी इन्ही प्रकृति में खोजते है।
हम भी अपना जहा ढूंढते है
इन चांदनी रात की तरह

सूना-सा घर
एक पंछी जिसमें
रहता मौन

सु कुल,आयु,प्राप्त निरोगी काया जीवन न बनाओ दु:ख रण,
जल बुलबुले सा क्षीण होता श्वास का अणु अणु कण-कण,
सत्कर्म की हर सुखद बेला,बेल सी बढ़ती, न होवे तुच्छ तृण,
हृदय घायल माँ भारती का,एक एका हो, सुखाए उसके व्रण।।

ON LOVE

Hours he used to spent painting her *lips*,
By tinting some colours on *canvas*,
Pain and tornment started in his fingertips,
Still he continued until his hair turned canas,
This was what people called *love*,
But to him, she was his life ,
He called her goldie , Cleo or dove ,
But all this ended due to a strife ,
Although he turned grey but still started to paint ,
Her shining beautiful eyes with *valour* and *esctasy* ,
Thinking of the time when they where *together* , he got faint ,
With a rose , he waited like a *noble* for the princess of fantasy ,
He waited for her in the morning and in the *dawn*
His life became *friable* ,sitting alone in his lawn .

मैं हूं एक शब्द अदना सा जिसकी
ख़ुद की कोई हैसियत नहीं है मुझे
समझा गुरु नानक देव जी
ने अनोहने बताया,
एक अक्षरी वाणी में
की शब्द का कोई वजूद नहीं
पर शाब्दिक अर्थ हो सकते हैं
मतलब इशारा किया
जा सकता है जैसे
ससा सत सत सत
सोऊ सत पुरख ते
भिन्न ना कोऊ
मतलब ये तीन
बार सच है जो भी
दिख रहा है वो
ईश्वर का ही रूप है।

चंचलता है गहना उसका,
स्वभाव है उसका बेहद सरल,
सुंदरता सादगी का समन्वय कुछ ऐसी,
श्रृंगार सादापन लिए होगी मेरी ड्रीम गर्ल।

On beauty of kashmir

Oh God! I wonder that I live ,
Watching this idyllic and kaleidoscopic view ,
Between the ravine valley and babbling brooks,
With namkeen tea and with some books,
Beautiful even in spring , summer or fall
between the mountains big and small,
And when it is covered with lovely snow ,
Faces of tourists always glow ,
Seems hand painted by princesses, themselves,
Looks like the land of fairies , dolls and elves ,
Strokes of their brush can be seen on natural canvas,
On my kashmir , I wrote some stanzas

प्यार हुआ है,रफ्ता -रफ्ता
इकरार में लगा,कई हफ्ता
अपेक्षाओं ने किया, उसको सस्ता
पलभर लगा,बंधने में बस्ता
क्षण में दिखा, छोड़ने का भी रस्ता
बिछुड़े हुए उससे, हुआ अरसा
इश्क़ पर, हुस्न का कहर है बरपा

इश्क़ का दस्तूर
दिल में दर्द जरूर
मिलन को होता अक्सर मजबूर
चाहत में रहता चूर
दुनिया समझे मगरूर

Let me shower words like melting ice stretched wide
Of a mighty might of a lady cloaked in white,
Speaking words from the tongue puerile
And her eyes blazed for doing things upright
And bring upon peace where she held her sight
Speckled tears of agony & murk she hides
A d'mure ang'lic dignif'd in s'ght of the most High.

She wakes up with marks of prudence and zeal
And fights demons, blessed, Oh God of Ezekiel!
Bless her wisdom, for she is tested with pseudo ordeals
And let her meet with best marked by thy seal.
These metric numbers are meek and congealed,
rays emanating illuminating me but concealed
She walks, humbled are her words and feet
In Thy Words she speaks and let her seek
The fruits of paradise on earth and when she meets.
