"Pre notions"

People today Judge everything they see and hear. This happens because of exposure to informations. What they fail to understand is that they are slowly losing their abilty to be in present. Without accepting that "things change" and continuing to have pre notions on past sense,will defnitely make us more uncertain and insecure. Even though we walk on the same street daily, things we see and hear doesnt remain same. A life without pre notions will improve your confidence and ability to see through things. "How much can you judge ??" Or "How much will you doubt ??"... Sometimes just being in the present,becomes the only way to be happy. Experience and wisdom will grow only when you accept and realize things, these qualities develop only when you stop judging.
