ECHO OF THE VOICELESS
Blinded we have all become
Chasing what we can't be satisfied with
Forgetting our duties, values and our concerns
Lost deep in corruption
It's now like a cancer spread all across our nations
Feeding on our soul dominating
As the rich steal from the poor and poor from the poor
Our vote they beg for but at the end we beg for our life
As hunger, joblessness and several pain they give in return
Cos we sold our vote to the devil to save us
Whose every smiles is a mask
Hidden beast of deceit and destruction
Feeding and rejoicing on the pain of his people
Controlled by the greed he planted in his soul
Giving fake promises they will never keep
Turning themselves into gods that they are not
Its time to wake up from our slumber
Enough of believing in what they say but believe in what they do
It's time to do more than letting the echo of the voiceless be heard
Let's stand and fight for our country Nigeria
For we all deserve the best Power of unity

I woke up this morning
With her voice in my heart
I thought it was all in my head
But it was not
It's real to me because I was just stuck in a moment
A once upon a time when she was with me Relieving it over and over again
Sinking in the ocean of sadness, regret and heart break.
