A rainy day on Marine drive,
I wish i could send it to you on whatsapp,
But this file doesn't attach.

मरीन ड्राइव पर, बारिश का एक दिन,
काश तुम्हें whatsapp पर भेज पाता,
लेकिन ये फ़ाइल attach ही नहीं होती।

तेरे साथ तेरे शहर से भी इश्क हो गया,
लगता है ये शहर में सब ये रोग के नशेड़ी है ।

बैठना है मुझे, शायद Marine Drive के उस कोने पे,
जहाँ बस हो तुम, मैं और वो पेन जिस से लिखनी है हमारी सारी दास्तान।

अचानक से मिली हुईं खुशियां,
हमें जज्बाती कर देती हैं और
हम कुछ ऐसे फैसले ले लेते हैं
जो जिंदगी भर नासूर बनके तकलीफ देते हैं।

The beauty of a night is in the sounds that embody it.
The sweetest melody is the orchestra of crickets, enhanced by the dance of fireflies.
There is no tempo as mesmerising as the one where waves collide against each other.
But the sweetest tune is that of a group of friends bantering on crowded promenades.

"What's your plan after lockdown is over?", She asked.

"Maybe a walk around Marine drive or something?", He sighed

"Like quite shady couple's", dramatically she replied

"Yeah I'm already creepy so may as well shady too", He giggled

"Yaa that's true you are creepy", She said making weird face.
