In the name of music people are objectifying women, talking about alcohol etc and yet I am constantly being made fun of for following a korean group who dedicated three albums and a world tour to spread the importance of loving yourself and speaking yourself through their lyrics. The language might be different but aren’t human feelings universal ?
Yeah, sure. You guys definitely are listening to quality music.-
I was an ignorant soul,
unaware of the world and myself.
In the quest to find who I am,
I lost my real self.
By believing what people thought,
I forgot to love myself.
It’s funny how in the midst of all this confusion,
I found my lost and real self.
I was who I was from the beginning till the end,
it was just hidden in me amidst the vague beliefs I had created myself.-
People always ask me why I’m this attached to BTS as they don’t even know that I exist. So I always reply,
“Isn’t it a pity that I found my happiness in people who are strangers to me rather than in the people around me. I guess you guys should ask that to yourself first.”-
It’s true when we say that true love begins with loving yourself. When you start loving yourself, you not only accept your strengths but also your flaws. And once you accept your flaws and know that no one is and can be perfect, you tend to appreciate and love others for who they are.

I never knew being happy can be such a privilege when it was supposed to be something basic.
