Miracles

People tend to say or think,
that miracles have ceased to exist,
that they were only meant
for a certain time,
when powerful men of God
as mentioned in scripture
were still around.

But I believe,
that miracles still exist,
if we just look around us
and especially within ourselves,
how we
and the universe were created,
or when someone receives
an instant, unexplainable, non-medical healing,
which by science
are just deemed
either natural occurrences
or a statistical coincidence.

When we believe
and are open
to see beyond the natural
and look for that miracle,
for sure we’ll find one,
whether instant or gradual,
which in the end
is just a matter of choice.

We write
when we feel grief or sadness
and want to let it out
in silence.

We write
when we have emotions of love
that are hidden inside,
which need our attention.

We write
when we feel inspired
by events of the past
that have impacted our thoughts.

We write
at any given moment
as the Spirit directs, leads or guids.

We write
when we choose to do so,
whether about sadness, grief or darkness
or love, inspiration, hope or faith,
or any other negative
or positive topic

It takes time
to write a letter of memories,
full of pain and sorrow
and give hope
for a better tomorrow.

It takes time to heal a wound,
that has affected the heart
and feels like
it has been inflicted
by a knife cutting through.

It takes time to forgive,
though one knows
it's a good thing to do
and it takes even more time
to forget.

It takes time
to do all the above
and may even take a lifetime,
if we choose
to do it on our own.

But it takes less time to do them all,
if we choose
to cast our burdens to the King,
Who has been given all power
in heaven and on earth
and is eagerly awaiting
to have them all removed
and let us live in His liberty, IT TAKES TIME ...
forever

The Choice to Follow His Voice

You have a choice
to follow God's voice,
to do His will
or to simply
follow your own desires,
which the world usually admires
and even encourages
and which for the born-again believer
are often
against the will of the Creator,
our Heavenly Father.

So always choose wisely,
not only for yourself,
but also for the generations thereafter,
so they can also enjoy His blessings abundantly
for eternity.
