Mom making pakoda.......


Everyone :-- waiting for mom to serve it.

Me : -- I can't wait.... I will walk
directly to the kitchen......pick up
As many as pakoda my palm can
hold and eat recklessly like a
Maniac beast.......

Well, thank God that
USA haven’t yet noticed
the oil in my food plate.

रोटी का गणित ही अलग है,
कोई इसे कमाने के लिए,
भाग रहा है,
तो इसे कौन पचाने के लिए..!

સાદો ! ... હું અને ઢોસો

દક્ષિણનાં સ્વાદનગર નો પ્રવાસ
માણીયે શ્રીમાન ઢોસા નો સહવાસ.

ખીરું પ્રસરે જાણે દરિયા કિનારે લહેરો
નાનકડા છિદ્રો યાદ અપાવે ચંદ્રમાનો ચહેરો.

તેલ - પાણી નો હળવો છણકો
લાગે પ્રથમ વરસાદ નો મણકો.

એકલતામાં ઢોસાનાં સાથી ધાણા
એકથી ધરાય નહીં ભરાય સૌનાં ભાણા.

પૂછતાં નહીં ક્યાં ગયા કાંદા બટાકા
લોક ડાઉન માં ન યાદ અપાવો ચટાકા.

સાદાઈ નો પણ એક અલગ જુસ્સો
જેવો હું એવો સાદો મારો ઢોસો...

पूड़ी के साथ स्वादिष्ट लगते आलू जीरा
साथ में दही खाओ मिलाकर प्याज़ और खीरा।
जल्दी पूड़ी तलो खौल रहा कढ़ाई में तेल
आलू पूड़ी के आगे सारे व्यंजन है फेल।

आलू पर छिड़का हो थोड़ा धनिया तो बन जाये बात
हम तो झटपट पूड़ी खा जाएँगे छः सात।
पूड़ी यदि मेथी की हो तो चटकारे लेकर खाऊँगी
थोड़ी सब्ज़ी पूड़ी पैक करके भी ले जाऊँगी।

आलू हो चटपटे और मसाले से तर
आज तो दावत उड़ानी है पेट भर।
कोई मेरी पूड़ी छीनेगा तो बहुत मार खाएगा
आलू के साथ चटनी मिल जाएगी तो कितना मज़ा आएगा।

कोई आलू पूड़ी खिला दो 😁
