Watch out for the enemy within... self sabotage is a real thing. Even your very own may take you out or talk you down into the ground to feed their own ego! Stress can cause a high level of concentration that you won't experience when you're happy or otherwise at peace, and only sleep can cure sleep. When everything is good you do not get to see people's true colours nor intentions. Give thanks for the good and the bad times! There is a way that may seem right vs there is a way to do each and every little thing . Remember, two wrongs never make a right
