I have seen girls obsessing over the guys bro-code, their way of handling friendships and exaggerating their bondings while underestimating their own. Halt! Wait!
You are missing over the major portion of your life if you don't have a sis code with at least one of your girlfriends. And by a sis code, I absolutely don't mean social media filled up with a bunch of #bestiegoals pictures or by the number of years you have been together. What I mean by sis code is to stand by each other, to knock the world down for each other (she might be wrong, but you have to stand with her in public and teach a lesson in private), to forget the world when it comes to her and the most important, choose her over your temporary, cliche and blindfolded Relationship.
As far as I've seen, GIRLS PLAY SAFE. They need their boyfriend and her bestie to be on sync. There are times when they listen to the gossips about their own #besties from their very own #relationshipgoals and don't at all stand by but of course pretend to be.
And then complain about the non-existence of girl code!
