THE WANDERING SPARROWS

We all are Sparrows here,
Roaming aimlessly to
gather a lump of grain,to
tie our nests with a twig,
to feed our chicks and finally
lying as a corpse,unfamiliar
and all aerial acts unnoticed.
But what does this flight
yield? May be the whole
voyage is just to fly beyond
the heights and to enter
in the cave of heaven.

An airport is a place that witnesses unspoken words and emotions.
Its terminals see both happy and sad hugs.
It sees the tears of separation and reunion.
The FID screens at the airport show the eagerness of people waiting for their loved ones' flights to land.

इंसान जितना पाखंडी कौन ?
कुर्सी की पेटी बाँध कर
कहते है, उड़ान भर रहे है ।

Dreams......
Cannot be 'harnessed',
They gallop , free and unbridled ,
Proud and unhindered ,
Giving 'wings' to the soul ,
To reach heights -untold ,
Don't ever let'em 'die' ,
Lest you become birds ,
...... that cannot 'fly' !

TRAVEL TRUCE

I like travelling. I guess every guy/girl during his 20s realizes the urge to travel and ends up taking a train once in a while to a nearby city ( *cough* Goa *cough*). I like the vagabond lifestyle and to be able to pack my clothes as needed.

Two problems that I have with my antics are elusive and omnipresent. These two articles are frustrating to pack and useful at the same time.

They are called "towels" and "socks"
