How many times you have traded your salary for your mental peace. May be Never because trading your salary can be a costlier affair! But you can manage your salary fighting for your mental peace. So speak up, fight for your right. Say No, say stop and make people aware of you being traumatized. You are paid to work and not to please others so instead of being "Yes sir" employee be someone with a spine who take a stand for what he/she feels right. Once you speak, you will feel power within!Why to take trauma, why to choose silence when there is no peace within You can't quit you know but You can stop people from forcing you to quit and that's where you will win mental health and believe me nothing is more important than that in long run! So stand for your self instead of just standing behind someone always !

Every time I go to fill up the fuel in my car
I get a water bottle for free and I keep it in car, though I don't need but it's free so I don't say no and now my car is full of bottles, some are full some are half, some are empty and even the crumbled ones, I don't clean them up I let them pile up may be just because I am too lazy to spend 5 minutes to pick up and throw them out and that's what is happening with life too it's filling up with trash which needs just 5 minutes to be removed but somehow I am keeping them or may be I should clean up now?

I miss the constants of my life
That constant friends who will be around to love, the constant critics no matter what, that constant care and cribbing of parents, that constant studies to make you read and write, that constant hobby of escape twice a week, that constant tv serials to watch at designated time, that constant sleep time and that constant peace of mind

My eyes are blank today without Kohl, no black or blue ( yes at times i apply blue or ocean green Kohl). It's empty of any emotion no happiness nor sadness no mischief no love it's devoid of all its as blank as clear sky. No I may look sick but I am not, i may look sleepy but na it's just Kohl that is missing just like my life without you

I am meditating today, yes I took my yoga mat criss crossed my legs, my fingers took mudra of hansasya ( flaunting my bharatnatyam terminologies) and closed my eyes and chanted aum for three times followed by silence and yes I am concentrating on my breathe
