The Waves

It was the first time I went to the beach.

Even in the crowd, I felt peace

Even though the water was unclear, it cleared my confusion

Even with storms brewing, it made me calm

Even as it kept flowing, it left me frozen

Even though it's boundless, I felt bound... to it

Even on the sunny day, the waves kept me cool

Even as the waves came towards me, I found myself stuck... lost within them.

It was a memory... left buried deep in the depth of my mind.
