Hello there you remember that friend whom you teased calling them skinny , not manly enough or not womanly enough .i know your intend was only to joke but your dear friend has lost all the self esteem ,he or she feels ugly .They hate staring at the mirror . Trust me you have no idea about there struggle at gym. Its good to motivate them to go to the gym but not to fit in a size or be hot and sexy, but to stay healthy. You have no idea the pain they go through..or that frustation level they are in because they need to reject the brownie to looks slim or eat more to look manly .yes dear your joke is more a joke. you body shamed your friend and they no more feel happy about themselves.
