As a student it's a
"Proof of failure."
But, as a writer it's a
"New beginning."

In my attempt to
be the silent chapter,

I ended up being the blank page
of your favorite novel.

All the terror
in the world
can't compare
to a blank page.

My afternoon's are like
A blank white page on which you never know what's going to be written.

A blank page
never says anything

it just sits all
washed and clean

waiting to get a
makeover by letters,

embellished by metaphors
and calligraphy

and get dressed up
into a flowery poetry

Many letters might have been printed on you.
But you are still a blank page for me.

Everytime I stare at a blank page,
I hear a squeak of despair
Behind the ray of new beginning.
