The middlle benchers

We are neither the good ones nor the best ones, we are just the better ones,
We have received the favor of the teachers and sometimes punishment too,
We have been applauded sometimes and criticized too,
We have been on the good book sometimes, but we rose hell with back benchers too,
We passed the knowledge back sometimes and brought some life upfront too,
We never buttered our way towards the teachers and nor were we on their bad books too,
We are the one teachers had their eyes on, for we sometimes suprised them too,
We just had the best of times in our schools each day, for we had qualities of not just the sweet angels but of pure devils too...
