I remember the date
'twas the 10th of July!
When two birds from different nests,
Found a shoulder to rely.

They were strangers
Introduced by a mutual friend.
But were too shy
to even shake their hands!

The boy with a blue outfit
And the girl with a peach,
Went to the restaurant
Far from anyone's reach.

Staring each other secretively,
The two had their meal...
Speaking something occasionally
They didn't display their zeal!

Little chit chat and little food
This was how the day stood😊
But it wasn't the end, there had more to happen
Turn the page and see how it shapen♥️

And there it began...
When two strangers met
Randomly.
Unaware of the backgrounds,
Unaware of the taste.
Fallen in love♥️
Unknowingly!

Efforts

She was probably in love
So was he...
And their guts to accept
Could hardly be seen

Both wanted to talk...
But none could speak
Searching for a source
Eagerness reached its peak.

And then,
Over a midnight conversation
Suddenly she spoke...
"Hey it's his birthday today?"
Asked her friend with a poke

It was 1:03 am of 15th of July
When he got her first call to reply
"Happy birthday"- she wished with a smile ☺
"Thank you"- he replied while remaining in cloud nine.
That wasn't the end, had a lot more.
For they were yet to reach its beautiful shore!
