A worker may have
the proper training, skills and education
and may even have the proper background
and expertise,
but it does not align
with management's view or expectation
or there may be a lack of understanding
of the worker's proffession,
and that all
may lead to unneccessary tensions
and even frustrations
from both parties.

My heart is set
to raise awareness
that we do NOT fight
against our brothers or sisters,
our parents or siblings,
our acquaintances or friends
or our fellow men,
but against the unseen dark forces
behind the human scene,
which is visualized through images,
seen through our eyes
as the negative acts of people,
either those who we know
and those who we do NOT know.

So ask God
to download His understanding
and wisdom
and keep the faith
to build up
your love & compassion ...

I may not have
the proper theological background,
yet I chose to teach God's Word
in obedience.

I may not be certified as a pastor,
yet I will choose to function as one
if my Lord calls on me.

I may not have
all the proper skills and knowledge,
but I know
that the Spirit will provide all I need.

I know
I am not perfect at all,
but in faith I believe
that my Lord will stand by me
and make all perfect in my weakness,
giving me the strength
to carry on
even

When I Brush My Teeth

When I brush my teeth
I often get lost in another reality
where thoughts pass by
of the past, the present or the future,
either as an individual part
or all at once mixed together,
and sometimes
even even experiencing the presence
of the Most High,
giving me the strenght and inspiration
and reminding me again
to give thanks
and bring honor and glory
to Him,
our Heavenly Dad,
our God Almighty.
