और हमेसा कहे कि टेंशन मत ले मैं हूँ न तेरे साथ,
बस ये कह कर ही उस शख्स को तसल्ली दे जाए।

Attachment is the grossest manifestation of love, as it continues it purifies itself and reaches to its subtlest form which we usually call as detachment but here detachment doesn't mean that now you don't care about the other person but it's just that now you are not dependent on him for your peace.
