Goodbye
The most heavy word that my dictionary refuses to be etched with .

This word is deceptive on its own
It smudges itself away into skyspace when
I need to scream it over someone.
But it appears as thunderously bold ,
Written all over my fragile insecurities and phobias
When someone slides these words ,
Letter by letter into my door ,
The sound of the letters combined is haunting enough for me to keep the door shut forever .

This word stands for self love , more than for hate.
I understand .
But make me understand why I stutter at its pronunciation .
Please.
I have never bid my adieu
To the soothing sounds of rains and to my scars ,
I keep everything tightly pressed to my chest ,
Even if it hurts .

Teach me please , will you ?
To pronounce and write and say this word with a smile ,
"Goodbye "

He took his princess,
To her school in his bicycle.
I remember the love,
He showered on me,
Each time he got a chance.
I remember the feast,
Every morning he used to fed me with,
Also I remember the time,
He held my hands and the moment I saw pride in his eyes.
I too remember the last day,
He left us all without a word.
I remember the scene,
His mortal body was burnt,
In front of his whole family.
I remember my Dad,
Who's by my side in the form of immortal soul,
Who guides me throughout my life.

I can't believe, that the man across the restaurant, has become the man of my LIFE!
After the many messages we sent to each other, the wonderful time we spent together, things we shared!
The many places we went, the laughs & tears, that we have EXPERIENCED together, made us united more stronger! Even the recent memories,
The gifts, the inspiring words that lifts my soul, the love & ATTENTION,
ALL these things played over my HEAD,
It's wonderful to REMEMBER.

I remember how she use to care,
I remember how our lunch we use to share..
I remember her sweet smile,
Which is as bright as sunshine..

I remember when everyone is against you and you were with me,
When behind the locked doors you cry and even dont let me see..

I love you dear,
I remember when loosing you is my only fear..

My heart was weak
But you were so strong.
I remember when i use to say "FRIENDSHIP IS NOT LIFE",
But once again you proved me wrong..

THANK YOU, because of you i am alive,
You sacrificed your HEART and gave me a new life..

I will remember her as my sister and friend,
I cant forget the day which was her end..

I regret i was not there with you when you have to go,
But at last i SMILE because my heart is ofcourse you..

"Goodbye!"
Only you could have bid me goodbye,
when I was standing in the pain laden rain ,
on a December night, all the efforts gone in vain,
I was in dismay , washed off of all the joy,
didn't you use me as a cheap optional toy?
But no! You were still alive in my heart then,
inspite of all the awful abuses. "Men will be men!"
You came home, lipstick stain on your white shirt,
drunk and irritated, with mouthful of dirt,
and then you hit me, pulling my hair cruelly,
just because I told you to go to sleep fastly,
you dragged me to the bed, my hands behind
my back, into the black I lost my mind.
That night , under the cold shower, I decided
to bid you the forever "goodbye".

Ohh my first love!!!
I have loved you since the day we wore
the same uniform, and loved you more,
when you shared your tiffin with me.
And we laughed at the same stupid books,
and played hide-and-seek hiding in same nooks,
from receiving punishments at the same time
to claiming the pretty girl "she's mine",
and lecturing each other not to use the slangs,
then the next minute using slangs to slang the "slangs".
From bringing aloo paratha and sharing it,
to strolling the school lanes for not bringing it.
We grew up. Tied the tie of friendship tightly.
Neither it's the same "chick" we lusted
nor it's the "teacher" for whom our seats splitted,
separated us or made the bond weaker.
Only for education we met, now
education only will part us somehow.
Somewhere between the laughs and
tears , our stars will part to the far end.
But always remember!
Our friendship is not forgotten.

और रजनीगंधा का पौधा जो अंधेरी रात में भी
खूबसूरती से खुशबू बिखेरता सा
नन्हीं क्यारियाँ जाने क्या-क्या सीख देती हुई सी
कैसे भूलुँ
उस घर रुपी उपवन को जिसकी गोद में मंत्रमुग्ध पल्लवित हो सुकून पाई हूँ...
