शब्द ही तो है जो हमे इंसा बनाते है,

किसी मरे हुए को जिला देते हैं,
किसी को जीते जी मार देते है।
किसी को निराशा के भँवर से निकालते हैं
किसी को मन के अन्धकार मे मिटा देते है।
शब्द ही तो है!

सफलता को विफलता और,
विफलता को सफ़लता भी बनाते है।
रिश्तों को जोड़ना और,
उन्हीं रिश्तों को तोड़ना भी करवाते है।
शब्द ही तो है!

शब्द सिर्फ लिखे-बोले नहीं जाते,
शब्द तो बेज़ुबा भी होते हैं।
बिना लिखे ही, बिना बोले ही,
सब कुछ लिख-सुन जाते हैं।
शब्द ही तो है!

निशब्द भी तो एक शब्द है,
निशब्द हो कर भी सब कुछ कह जाता है।
इस निरंकार, अजन्मे अखंड ब्रह्मांड में,
इन्सां को इन्सां बनाने वाले,
शब्द ही तो है!!!

Depression arises due to inability to express. When we stop sharing problems with fanily n friends. When we feel helpless that people will not understand us. When we fear that People will judge us on the choices we made, decisions we took in the past. Even the closest of friends will not understand our pain. We dwell into so deep that we can not think or care about any other things in our life. It's scary to feel helpless.
Depression is real and serious issue.
