She's not a pen,
you use and throw,
She's an inkpot,
refills your life.

She's not a vase,
empty inside.
She's a blooming shrub,
will sweeten the air.

She's not a victim,
vulnerable and fragile.
She's a goddess,
her powers are divine.

She's not a candle,
you can blow out dead.
She's a volcano,
if erupts, will be your end.

I'm in a long distance relationship,
with happiness.

I can see her right before me
Can't take her in my arms.

I long for her so often
It's difficult to keep count.

She loves me, oh so much!
Sends me smiles from Happy Mount.

I put them on for Happiness' sake
But they don't last as long.

गर जानते कि तुम, खो जाओगे इक दिन
कुछ और करीब हम आए होते।
करते कुछ गुफ्तगू, होते हम रूबरू
थोड़े त्योहार संग और मनाए होते।
गर जानते कि खो देंगे, पाए बिना तुमको
पल पल हृदय से लगाए होते।
सुनते किस्से तुम्हारे, ज़रा चाव से,
तुमसे मिलते हर इक दिन, नए भाव से,
तुमसे कहते हर एक बात दिल में जो है,
रोक लेते तुम्हें, हम न जाने देते,
गर जानते कि तुम खो जाओगे इक दिन।

'cause it's already known.
All I'd say is that I'll be there always.
Not to support you,
but to live the moment with you.
Not to give you a hand,
but to give you a hug.
Not to catch your tears,
but to cry with you.
Not because you need me
but because I do.

तुम श्रृष्टि हो पर श्रृष्टि का अन्याय सेहती हो।
तुम अग्नि हो पर द्वेष की अग्नि में जलती हो।

तुम जननी हो पर जन्म लेने को तरसती हो।
तुम श्रेष्ठ हो पर समानता की मांग करती हो।

तुम्हे देवी कहें पर इंसान समझने से कतराएं।
तुम्हारे रूप, रंग, सूरत पे सौ प्रतिबंध ये लगाएं।

तुम प्यार हो, आभार हो, संसार को मिला पुरस्कार हो।
तुम जो भी हो अद्भुत हो, अतुलनीय हो, नारी हो।

The gibberish you see
Is the essence I own.
When you dread their opacity
It's their transparency you fear
The tongue is elementary
You never bothered to learn it, dear.
