Thinking back now, he regretted it. He was the one who breathe life into their love story, a love story that should have only existed in his dreams...

He should have drawn lines but all he did was to blur the existing lines. Mistake after mistake he committed without ever considering her.

He had plenty of excuses, his childhood memories of a war struck home, his own insecurities and his fears, he had plenty of them. But those were never his reasons as much as his fear of her teardrops. What if he made her cry just like his father?

So he knew he was wrong to walk away from her on a flimsy excuse, but she deserved better. But now he came to know that she closed her because of him. He saw her cold face under the makeup and the guilt tortured him with no mercy, so he once again spoke a few words to heal her wounds. But she grew deaf to his insincere words....

If only she smiled like she did when she was with him, maybe death wouldn't be such a tempting choice..
