Once a poetess of old times
Met a no nonsense serious executive
The poetess with her head high in the clouds
The executive with his feet firmly planted to the ground
An unlikely pair but had much in common
Their friendship was destined bound to happen
Stubborn in their own way, fighting their way out
Slowly sharing thoughts,then feelings
He admiringly read every word she wrote
She adoringly praised all his qualities
Softhearted & kind but tough as steel
One wise & matured the other an inner child
Their admiration grew, making space for attraction
with attraction turning into feelings & emotions
His presence was felt in all her verses
Her words never failed to make him smile
Both are like two banks of a river
Walking together in journey of life
Might meet might never meet
But the flame in their hearts
Will never be extinguished ...

फरमान जारी कर दिया सवाल मत करो
सत्ता में बैठने वालों इतना बवाल मत करो
इन्ही नन्ही गोटियों ने तुम्हे चुन कर भेजा है
अपने चाबुक से इनकी पीठे लाल मत करो
पूछा है हमने सवाल कोई गुनाह तो नही किया

Difference between leader, captain, head, boss, dictator, administrator. What you want to be ?
Leader: He is the person who creates path. He is the one who travels first and make way for the others.
Captain: He is the in charge of a team. A team will always be for a specific purpose. And he is in charge of achieving it. He also be the one among team members and travel with them rather than ahead of them.
Head: He is the director of a particular organisation. He directs each and every action in the organisation. He also takes feedback from people. He can also be called as President.
Boss: He is the senior most person who has supreme knowledge of a specific subject. He acts similar to head but hardly takes feedback. He is neither a head nor a dictator.
Dictator: He is the supreme. He never takes any feedback. He just act according to his wish. He is a slave of his mind.
Administrator: He is similar to head but not the supreme one. He acts according to prescribed rules and regulations. He does not deviate from it. His main aim is to make sure stability in organisation. He facilitates each and every need of the people in organisation.-
A Good Leader may or may not
be a Good Administrator,
But
A Good Administrator will
definitely be a Good Leader too.
